Two-time All-MAAC punter with elite career consistency
David Kovalcik is a proven Duquesne weapon at **punter**, entering his senior year as a **two-time first-team All-MAAC** selection and **second on the program’s all-time punting average list at 36.2 yards per kick**. He also owns **11 career punts of 50+ yards**, which signals real field-flipping ability beyond standard box-score value. For a team, that profile matters because he combines experience, leg strength, and reliability—traits that usually translate well in high-leverage field-position roles.
