Chase Rome brings veteran, high-upside interior depth to Memphis
Chase Rome is a seasoned defensive lineman for Memphis, and in his college career through the 2013 season he logged 42 total tackles and 1 sack, showing the kind of sturdy, rotational production that coaches love for run defense and line depth[3]. He’s listed at 6-foot-3 and 285 pounds, a build that fits an inside disruptor, and his background includes 21 games at Nebraska before transferring, which hints at experience against Power Five competition[2].
