Trazhon Tims brings bruiser-back energy to Illinois State
Trazhon Tims is a 5-foot-10, 220-pound Illinois State running back from Chicago who has shown a compact, physical style and real short-yardage punch; in the 2024 season he logged 4 carries for 11 yards, and Illinois State’s fall-camp notes also showed him scoring on a 1-yard run in a scrimmage, which hints at his goal-line value. He’s not a volume stat monster yet, but he looks like a downhill, keep-the-chains-moving fit who can add toughness, depth, and red-zone utility to a backfield.
