Jaden Martinez gives FAU a battle-tested arm with a big-game ceiling
In the 2026 season, Jaden Martinez has been a steady veteran presence in the circle for Florida Atlantic, making 13 appearances with eight starts and 27 strikeouts, while also delivering key outings like five strikeouts in a win over Southern Indiana and a six-strikeout effort against Binghamton.[1][2] Her standout differentiator is proven big-game upside: she threw a perfect game in 2025 and earned AAC Pitcher of the Week honors, a sign of poise, competitive edge, and the ability to flip a weekend.[8][11]
