A Long, Physical Oakland Center Looking for Efficient Rim Impact
Sowunmi is a 6'10" center for Oakland who gives the Golden Grizzlies size and interior length, but his most recent stat line shows very limited production, with 0.5 points, 1.0 rebounds, 0.1 assists, and 26.1% shooting in the cited season. He has also logged only brief stretches of game action in his Oakland career, so his value is more about potential fit as a big body than proven offense. If you need a developmental post defender and rebounder rather than an immediate scoring threat, he is the kind of roster piece worth evaluating.
