Jelela Simpson brings two-way hustle and stat-sheet versatility to Houston Christian
Jelela Simpson has been a productive, high-motor **forward** for Houston Christian, with a profile that suggests value beyond scoring: the Huskies’ roster notes show she has contributed across the board with steals, assists, rebounds, and blocks, which points to active hands, defensive instincts, and willingness to do the dirty work. Her best fit is a team that wants an energetic, multi-positional defender who can impact possessions without needing the offense built around her. The main question is offensive ceiling, but her versatility and intensity make her a useful glue-player candidate.
