quick-twitch corner with a high-IQ, multi-sport background
Justin Abrams is a freshman cornerback at Morehead State, listed at 5-foot-9 and 160 pounds, and his profile screams under-the-radar athlete with real football instincts. In high school, he posted 64 tackles over his final two seasons and 17 pass break-ups as a senior, plus he was a first-team district pick and a scholar-athlete — a nice combo of ball skills and discipline. The punchline: he looks like a compact, competitive CB who can stick in coverage and play with edge, but at this stage the appeal is more projection than proven college production.
