Miles Battle brings NFL-caliber length and verified speed to Utah’s secondary
Battle is a high-upside cornerback whose calling card is rare athleticism for the position, backed by a 4.37-second 40-yard dash and strong collegiate production at Utah and Ole Miss. At Utah in 2023, he played all 13 games and posted 32 tackles, 1 interception and 3 pass breakups, while scouting reports highlighted his size, closing burst and physical run support. He isn’t just a traits bet: the evidence points to a dependable, competitive defender who can fit a scheme that values press ability, tackling and special-teams usefulness.
