Mason McMurray brings veteran size and stretch-forward utility to Ohio
McMurray is a 6-foot-7 forward from Stow who has been a steady, role-ready piece for Ohio, with career production built around efficient spot-up shooting and reliable rebounding. In the 2020-21 season, he played in 18 games, scored 1.0 point per game, shot 50% from three, and grabbed a season-high six rebounds in 10 minutes against Cleveland State[1]. Earlier in 2019-20, he averaged 2.8 points and 2.3 rebounds in 12.3 minutes per game while hitting 11 threes[1]. He fits best as a low-ego, floor-spacing depth forward who can give a team mature minutes without needing the ball.
