Jake Daily brings versatile catch-and-corner depth for Saint Peter’s
Jake Daily is a **versatile, defense-first bench piece** for Saint Peter’s, listed as an **outfielder/catcher** and a redshirt freshman who has already seen game action, which suggests the staff trusts his readiness and adaptability[8]. His value is less about eye-popping stat lines and more about roster flexibility, because players who can handle both the outfield and catching give a coach lineup and injury-cover options that are hard to replace[8]. Public recruiting/profile data also shows a solid baseball frame and multi-position background, reinforcing that he profiles as a useful utility defender if you need dependable depth rather than immediate star production[6][7].
