Bradley Loftin brings left-handed bite and proven SEC-level upside to UAB
In the 2024 season at Mississippi State, Bradley Loftin posted a 3.38 ERA with 12 strikeouts in 8.0 innings and held hitters to a .233 average, flashing the kind of left-handed arm UAB can use in high-leverage spots.[8] The 6-foot-3, 200-pound redshirt junior from Southaven, Miss., already has a fastball that sat around 89-95 mph with a chase-inducing mid-70s changeup, and UAB’s staff clearly values his multi-year Division I background and upside after bringing him in as a 2025 transfer.[10][3]
