Nebraska’s Ray Gallegos: steady senior guard with a proven three-point shot
Ray Gallegos was a dependable Nebraska guard known for perimeter shooting and steady senior leadership, finishing his Cornhuskers career as a co-captain who led the team with 52 made threes in his senior season and averaged 7.3 points and 1.4 assists per game.[4] ESPN lists him at 6.7 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 0.9 assists, reinforcing the profile of a role guard who spaced the floor more than he created offense.[5] If you value toughness, experience, and a ready-made catch-and-shoot threat, he fits as a low-drama, high-utility backcourt piece.[4][5]
