Sam Lewis gives Northern Colorado a rangy linebacker with two-way athleticism
Sam Lewis looks like a versatile, high-motor linebacker who brings more than just box score value: his background includes varsity track and a district-finalist 4x400 relay, which hints at speed and range that translate well to chasing plays sideline to sideline. Publicly available football stat detail is limited, so the best read is that his athletic profile and competitive profile make him an intriguing fit for a defense that values pursuit, effort, and developmental upside.
