In the 2025-26 season, Hailee Swain emerged as a legit early-impact guard for Stanford, starting all 35 games and averaging 10.2 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.4 assists while earning ACC All-Freshman honors.[1] She gives the Cardinal size, poise, and shot-making at 5-foot-11, and her late-season surge—13.5 points per game over the final six outings plus a 20-point regular-season finale—shows a player who rises when the lights get bright.[1][9] If you want a guard who can score without forcing it, defend multiple spots, and keep improving, Swain is absolutely worth caring about.[1][10]
