Gerald Guerrier brings veteran DB instincts and proven playmaking to New Mexico State
Gerald Guerrier profiles as a dependable, ball-aware defensive back with a history of production in the back end, including 32 tackles, an interception, a pass breakup, and two tackles for loss in his 2006 season at New Mexico State. His differentiator is versatility: he has shown he can contribute in coverage, support the run, and handle meaningful snaps without needing the ball-hawk splash plays to justify his value. For a team looking for an experienced, physical secondary piece who brings stability, toughness, and competitive feel, Guerrier is the kind of fit that quietly raises the floor.
