Lanae Adams brings proven veteran grit and two-way impact
Lanae Adams is best known as a durable, high-motor forward whose game has centered on rebounding, steals, and steady minutes—she was a 2019 Tracy MacLeod Award winner for perseverance and continued play through adversity, and in the 2018-19 season at Acadia she averaged 8.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.6 steals per game. Her profile suggests a glue-piece forward who can lift toughness, energy, and defensive disruption more than flashy scoring, making her a fit for teams that value resilience, versatility, and competitive edge.
