Michael Watson remains the Roos’ all-time scoring machine
Michael Watson is the definition of a Kansas City basketball legend: in the 2023 season context of Roos history, he still owns the program’s all-time scoring mark with 2,488 points, plus the school record for three-pointers made (391) and a 54-point single-game explosion. He was a three-time All-Mid-Continent selection, which tells you the shot-making was elite and the consistency was relentless. If your team values a guard who can stretch defenses, create his own offense, and deliver big-night swagger, Watson is the kind of bucket-getter people remember.
