Brandon Johnson brings veteran size and trench-ready grit to South Carolina State
In 2026, South Carolina State’s Brandon Johnson profiles as a big-bodied, veteran offensive lineman at 6-2 and 340 pounds, with a classic road-grader frame that signals power in the run game and anchor strength in pass protection.[1][2][3] The most useful differentiator here is reliability: he’s been in the program for years, has no public stat-sheet flash because OL work rarely shows up there, and his value is about keeping the pocket clean and the offense on schedule.[1][2] If your team wants a sturdy interior piece with college experience and no drama in the background, Johnson is a fit.[1][3]
