Washington’s linebacker room has moved on
Brandon Huppert is not listed on Washington’s current 2026 roster, and the available records point to him as a former Husky linebacker and special-teams contributor rather than an active player. In his UW career, he was valued for toughness, versatility, and doing the unglamorous work coaches love: playing inside and outside linebacker and helping on special teams. If you’re evaluating him as a fit for a current team, the appeal would be leadership, football IQ, and blue-collar reliability—not headline stats or splashy production.
