Experienced Oklahoma State DB with JUCO pedigree
Paul Francis is a former junior-college cornerback who arrived at Oklahoma State with real experience, including a strong NEO run where he started two seasons and helped the Golden Norsemen to an 11-1 record and a bowl win. Oklahoma State listed him as a contributor in 2003, and recruiting services rated him among the better JUCO defensive backs nationally, which suggests he brought competitive toughness and ready-made coverage instincts. His fit is strongest for a team valuing seasoned depth, football IQ, and special-teams/development upside rather than raw, headline-grabbing production.
