Wyoming’s steady safety with size and upside
Eric Mitchell is a Wyoming Cowboys safety with a pro-style frame at 6-1, 235 and a profile built on physicality, versatility, and depth-value rather than flash. He has been listed as a DB/safety across major player databases, but publicly available 2026 stat pages show limited on-field production so far, which makes his fit more about traits than box-score pop. The appeal is simple: if you need a tough, downhill defensive back who can help in run support and compete for snaps in a loaded secondary, Mitchell is worth a look.
