Tim Jackson brings veteran versatility and special-teams value to Western Illinois
Jackson profiles as a useful depth piece for the Leathernecks because he combines defensive-back experience with proven punt-return ability and academic reliability. In his Western Illinois bio, he was listed as a cornerback and noted for 13 punt returns for 104 yards, along with five tackles and Gateway all-academic honorable mention recognition, which suggests a player who can contribute in multiple phases and handle responsibility. If you need a steady, assignment-sound defender who can also help flip field position, he fits the mold.
