Virginia Tech's Gritty Dual-Threat QB (2014-2015 Hokies Legend)
Michael Brewer, Virginia Tech's starting QB from 2014-2015, was a tough, mobile leader who thrived under pressure, famously scooping up his own team's fumble for a diving TD in a wacky highlight-reel play. Transferring from Texas Tech, he posted a 70% completion rate in limited 2012 action there (7/10, 65 yds, 1 TD, 0 INTs) before anchoring the Hokies' ACC offense with poise and escapability. No injury red flags; his intensity and clutch gene make him a coach's dream for teams needing a resilient signal-caller who elevates in big moments.
