UAB’s Jonathan Allen: reliable, disruptive DT with expanding production
Jonathan Allen is coming off a solid 2025 season at UAB, appearing in all 12 games with seven starts and posting 34 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, and a career-high 10 tackles in one game. Beyond the box score, he is a 6'2", 290-pound interior lineman with enough burst to generate pressure and enough motor to stay involved in coverage units and run defense. He looks like a sturdy fit for teams wanting a high-effort, physically mature defensive tackle who can hold the point and flash occasional disruption.
