From High School Gridiron to Coaching Sidelines – LB Who Became a College OC
Chris Pizzo, once a linebacker for the Campbell Fighting Camels in 2009 with no recorded stats available, transitioned seamlessly into coaching, serving as offensive coordinator for Chattanooga Mocs in 2021 where he returned all starters for a No. 18-ranked FCS squad facing top-20 foes. His differentiator? A philosophy honed from Delbarton's strength and conditioning roots—emphasizing mobility, targeted power, and leadership—making him a high-intensity tactician ideal for teams seeking innovative play-callers over field warriors. Care about him if you value coaches who elevate programs; he's a perfect fit for rebuilding staffs.
