Justin Davis is not a current Houston Cougars linebacker
Available records do not show a Houston Cougars linebacker named Justin Davis; the most relevant Justin Davis in major college football was USC’s former running back, who finished with 1,858 career rushing yards and 17 total rushing touchdowns before turning pro in 2017. Because the name/team/position combination appears mismatched, I can’t credibly assess his current performance, fit, or rankings for Houston without a corrected player ID or a different athlete name.
