Ross Benson brings efficient frontcourt production and veteran resilience for Saint Mary’s
Ross Benson has been a steady Saint Mary’s forward whose value goes beyond points: in one season listed by ESPN he posted 5.6 points, 3.4 rebounds and strong shooting efficiency, and he was described by the program as being in the midst of his best year before a knee injury ended his season early. His differentiators are toughness, efficient finishing, and reliable role-player production rather than high-usage scoring, which makes him a fit for teams that want physical, low-drama frontcourt depth and dependable energy.
