Villanova DB Steve Neugebauer looks like a range-and-instincts defender with upside
Steve Neugebauer is worth watching because Villanova appears to value him as a defensive back with the kind of ball skills, anticipation, and competitive edge that can turn tight coverage into takeaways. Publicly available search results do not provide enough verified current-season college stats for him, so the cleanest read is that his fit depends on whether you want a DB who can play aggressively in space, process quickly, and bring energy to the secondary rather than just rack up tackle totals.
