Anthony Mancini gives Saint Peter’s a versatile arm with swing-and-miss upside
Mancini is a right-handed pitcher/outfielder from Bayonne, N.J. who fits the classic “do a little bit of everything” mold, but the arm is the calling card: in the 2025 season he logged 15 strikeouts in 14.1 innings and earned MAAC All-Academic honors, then entered 2026 as a redshirt sophomore on the Peacocks’ roster. His value is versatility, toughness, and a local, grind-it-out profile that coaches usually love. The caution flag: his 2026 results have been uneven, so he looks more like a depth-and-development piece than an instant star.
