Youngstown State P David Mills is a field-position weapon worth watching
David Mills appears to be a specialist whose value is built on controlling field position, a role that can quietly swing games even when it does not light up the box score. The key question for evaluating him is less about raw volume and more about consistency, hang time, placement, and how often he can flip the field under pressure. Because the available results do not provide reliable season-by-season statistical detail for Mills, the strongest takeaway is that he should be judged as a situational fit: useful for a team that values discipline, hidden yardage, and steady execution in special teams.
