Boston Doeschot brings two-way juice and clutch bat to FIU
In the 2026 season, Boston Doeschot has been a useful FIU difference-maker, contributing as an infielder/right-handed pitcher while also delivering clutch offense, including a walk-off sac fly and a two-RBI game against Villanova. He’s a strong, athletic 6-3, 215-pound transfer with a legit power profile, a right-handed arm that has reportedly touched the mid-90s, and a track record of production going back to his All-American junior-college breakout. The big swing factor is health: shoulder tightness limited his pitching, so the fit is best for a team that values upside, toughness, and versatility over a clean, one-role profile.
