veteran Sacred Heart WR with limited on-field tape
Ricky Lancaster is a depth-piece wide receiver for Sacred Heart with a lean 165-pound frame and a background out of Jersey City’s Lincoln High, but public roster data shows no game action or stats recorded in the 2021 and 2022 seasons. That means the best read is about projection: he’s a known quantity in the program, but there isn’t enough verified production to sell him as an impact pass-catcher yet. If your team wants a developmental receiver with room to grow, he’s worth monitoring; if you need immediate production, the resume is still very light.
