Jivon Oggs brings ball-hawking upside to ETSU’s secondary
Oggs profiles as a physical, instinctive DB with takeaway upside: in his 2023 season at Southwest Baptist, he logged 14 tackles, one pass breakup, and two interceptions, then followed with eight tackles plus a forced fumble and recovery in two games at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M before transferring to ETSU. At 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds, he looks like a scrappy, compact defender who can fit in as a versatile depth piece or special-teams spark.
