Northwestern's Gritty LB Leader from a Bygone Era
Bryce McNaul, a senior inside linebacker for the Northwestern Wildcats who wrapped up his career around 2011-2012, stood out as a highly touted recruit—ranked 37th nationally by Rivals.com—with his healthiest, most productive 2010 season leading NU's linebacking corps amid a special family connection with his brother. Known for leadership, tackling prowess (check ESPN's career stats for defensive highlights), and relentless intensity from his Eden Prairie HS days, he's the prototypical smart, tough Big Ten defender; ideal for teams valuing veteran savvy over flash, though long graduated.
