Austin Howard brings efficient shooting and veteran scoring pop to Maine
Austin Howard is a 6-1 junior guard for Maine who arrived after averaging 14.2 points per game in 37 games, while shooting 45.0% from the field and 43.6% from three the previous season. He looks like a plug-and-play perimeter scorer: compact, experienced, and clearly comfortable stretching defenses, which makes him valuable if your roster needs shot-making and spacing. The extra appeal is the proven production in a real role, not just highlight fluff—he’s the kind of guard who can steady an offense and punish help defense without needing the ball constantly.
