C.J. Willis brings Sam Houston depth and DB versatility
C.J. Willis projects as a defensive back who adds depth, flexibility, and roster value for Sam Houston, but recent public stat and scouting detail is limited, so the big story is his role rather than headline-grabbing production. The clearest current profile is that he’s listed as a Bearkats DB, which typically means he fits best if a team wants a dependable, coverage-minded defender who can help in multiple packages. If you need a flashy stat-sheet star, the public evidence is thin; if you need a steady piece who can compete, adapt, and bolster the secondary, he’s worth a look.
