Buick Tuua brings size-and-speed upside off the edge for San Jose State
Buick Tuua is the kind of edge defender worth tracking because his value is about more than raw sack totals: at defensive end, he offers the frame, burst, and physicality that can translate into disruption even when he isn’t piling up box-score stats. With San Jose State coming off a 2025 season that finished 2-4 so far in ESPN’s team view, any DE who can consistently compress the pocket and set a firm edge can matter in a hurry. If you want a high-upside trench athlete with development runway, Tuua is a plausible fit.
