Experienced Virginia Tech DB with steady tackling instincts
Jovonn Quillen has been a senior defensive back for Virginia Tech, bringing size, experience, and a tackling profile that shows he can help against both the run and the pass; ESPN lists 37 solo tackles and 5 passes defended, while Virginia Tech’s roster identifies him as a 6-foot, 188-pound veteran from Hampton, Virginia.[1][2] His value is less about flashy turnover numbers and more about reliability, physicality, and knowing how to hold up in the back end, which makes him the kind of depth-and-stability piece coaches can trust if they want a seasoned DB who competes and fits a disciplined system.[1][2]
