Maddox Jack is emerging as a high-leverage ODU arm
In the 2026 season, Old Dominion’s Maddox Jack has shown he can handle meaningful late-inning work, with multiple game logs showing clean, pressure-cooker outings and a win over VCU plus the final two outs in a tight series-clinching spot. At 6-foot-2 and 215 pounds, he brings a sturdy RHP frame, and the appeal is the poise: he’s been trusted in leverage spots and has already delivered in them. If your team wants a composed bullpen piece with upside and competitiveness, Jack is the kind of arm worth caring about.
