Miami’s Marcus Allen brings versatile 6-7 wing defense, rebounding, and glue-guy minutes
Marcus Allen has been a useful two-way piece for Miami in 2025-26, averaging 5.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in 18.8 minutes over his first eight games before being ruled out for the rest of the season after a non-Hodgkin lymphoma diagnosis and chemotherapy treatment.[12][18] What makes him appealing is his size and guard-forward flexibility at 6-foot-7, 231 pounds, plus the ability to rebound, make simple plays, and fill different roles without needing high usage.[16][18]
