athletic, reliable LB upside—but current publicly available stats are limited
Publicly available results for Arkansas-Pine Bluff linebacker Greg Newson are sparse, so his current performance profile is hard to verify from major stat databases. What stands out is that he appears to be a depth or developmental defender rather than a nationally tracked star, which can still make him a useful fit if your team values size, assignment discipline, special-teams effort, and coachability over headline numbers. If you need a proven, fully documented difference-maker, the available evidence is not strong enough to say that yet.
