Sofia Allen brings proven scoring pedigree and multi-sport toughness to USC Upstate
Allen is a 5-foot-11 guard whose best calling card is a scoring track record: in high school she topped 1,000 points, averaged 15.6 points per game, and earned all-region honors, and at USC Upstate she has shown she can contribute in limited minutes with a solid 33.3% field-goal clip in the 2022-23 season.[1][4] She looks like a fit for a program that values competitive edge, versatility, and steady two-way effort, with the added bonus of a captain’s background and experience across basketball, volleyball, tennis, and track.[1]
