Vince Thompson is a ball-hawking NIU corner with All-MAC pedigree
In the 2002 season, Vince Thompson stood out for Northern Illinois as a true playmaker in the secondary, with 10 interceptions and 16 passes defended over his previous two seasons, plus First-Team All-MAC recognition in 2001. He’s the kind of CB coaches love: instinctive, opportunistic, and consistently around the football, with national watch-list buzz to back it up. If your team wants a defender who can flip momentum with a turnover and bring veteran credibility to the back end, Thompson is a strong fit.
