Louisiana Tech DB with Elite Coverage and Intensity
Weldon Brown, a standout defensive back for Louisiana Tech, differentiates himself through elite coverage skills, 8 career interceptions (106 yards), and 7 sacks, showcasing rare versatility as a DB who pressures the quarterback. Born in Bossier City, La., he transitioned smoothly from other roles to cornerback by his sophomore year, displaying adaptability and comfort under pressure. His intensity level is unmatched—reliable sources note his 'comfortable' move to CB and consistent first-team recognition among top DBs. Though now a former pro (born 1987), his legacy as a high-intensity, stat-driven leader with 43 kick returns (930 yards) and 14 punt returns (114 yards) makes him a perfect fit for teams needing a dynamic, all-around defensive specialist who brings both coverage and playmaking fire.
