Nyan Hayes brings switch-hitting-like versatility, speed, and lineup juice to Oregon State
In the 2025 season, Nyan Hayes hit .277 with 10 home runs, 45 RBI, 41 walks, and 25 stolen bases at Grambling, then arrived at Oregon State and quickly showed he can impact games in multiple ways: he earned a starting role, flashed on-base skills, and even filled in defensively across the infield and outfield. He’s a fast, energetic, utility-style senior who fits teams that value athleticism, versatility, and pressure on the bases; the big question is consistency, but the tools and edge are real.
