ECU’s strength-built, sure-handed depth piece
Brian Hardy’s ECU profile points to a physical, dependable receiver who stood out for exceptional strength, a sure-handed catch style, and special-teams utility rather than eye-popping receiving volume. In the 2016 ECU roster notes, he was praised for setting positional strength records and for bringing a high-effort, practice-field impact that kept him in the mix for reserve and multi-role duty. The fit is best for a team that values toughness, blocking, and reliability over pure explosiveness—think grinder with sneaky value.
