Moochie Dixon brings big-play juice and reliable production to SMU’s receiver room
In the 2024 season, Moochie Dixon posted 21 catches for 386 yards and a touchdown for SMU, finishing his Mustangs career with 74 receptions, 1,205 yards, and 8 scores across three seasons. His calling card is efficiency: he has averaged nearly 17 yards per catch at SMU, which screams vertical threat and YAC upside rather than possession-only receiver. He’s a former Texas prospect with enough polish to earn NFL interest, but his best fit is for a team that wants a disciplined, experienced WR who can stretch the field and punish soft coverage.
