Matthew Schramm is Akron’s steady-money kicker with big-leg upside
In the 2025 season, Matthew Schramm was one of Akron’s most reliable weapons, hitting 12 of 13 field goals (92.3%) and 16 of 17 extra points (94.1%) while showing he can stretch the field with a 48-yard long. His profile suggests a calm, efficient specialist rather than a volume kicker, and his late-season MAC honors add credibility to the tape. At 5'9", 180 pounds, he looks like a fit for teams that value consistency, composure, and clean operation over pure flash.
