Aidan English brings a towering arm and bullpen versatility to Youngstown State
In the 2026 season, the 6-foot-6, 215-pound right-hander made 13 relief appearances and one start for Youngstown State, finishing 2-2 with a 7.71 ERA and 20 strikeouts in 23.1 innings, but the swing-and-miss potential is real when his stuff is on[1]. His calling card is size, leverage, and the ability to work multiple innings—he went more than three outs in nine outings and turned in several scoreless, hit-free stints—but the walk rate shows command is the separator he still has to win[1].
