Experienced, shot-making guard who brings veteran polish to Texas Tech
Andrayah Adams is a proven, floor-spacing guard whose best seasons showed real scoring punch and versatility: in the 2019-20 season at Texas Tech, she averaged 8.6 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 29 games, then later posted career-best production with 13.0 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game while shooting 36.5% from three in a prior Texas Tech stint. The appeal is her shot-making, willingness to do a little of everything, and veteran academic/locker-room credibility; she looks like the kind of steady, intelligent guard who can plug into a rotation and make everyone around her cleaner.
